Good Times and Giveaways

There is A LOT going on and in an exciting twist it’s not about character-building and teachable moments, but rather reaping the fruits of quite a bit of labor.

My Typism book was finally delivered. In the interest of sharing all the fun, I put together a little video for your enjoyment. It’s about 4 ½ minutes of joy, laughter, tears and of course, outtakes. #staytotheend

We are 1-week away from ArtPrize and I’m feeling good about the status of my checklist.

I shared on social media this past week the process of getting the artwork professionally photographed. #ronmckinneyphotography

The actual artwork will be framed and hanging at The B.O.B. (yes, that is the super cool name of the awesome venue I will be at for the entire 18-days of ArtPrize)

The reason for the high-quality photography is for those who are interested in purchasing a print of the artwork.

Which brings me to the giveaway I mentioned a few weeks back. The votes have been tallied and the artwork you want to be used for the giveaway is: THE SEA TURTLE!

Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote and share your thoughts. I always love to hear from you.

Here’s the plan: I will do a drawing from all of the people who are signed up for my blog to WIN a FREE 8×10” print of the sea turtle. The drawing will take place at the end of ArtPrize.

To improve your chances, if any of you who currently get these posts are responsible for someone new signing-up, just let me know and I’ll put your name in again.

So yes, the more people you get to sign-up the more times your name will be added to the bowl. (Full disclosure: It may not be an ACTUAL bowl, cuz ya know… logistics, but the bottom-line is I will reward those who help to grow my list)

Here’s the link you can share.

Thanks for being a part of this journey with me! While I’m not opposed to talking to myself (I do so on the daily) it is waaay more enjoyable to share with others.
