Just Breathe

I’ve been noticing lately how often I am holding my breath. I don’t know all of the biology behind it, but I’m pretty sure that shallow or a lack of breathing has an adverse effect on your body. In an effort to be more mindful, I thought I would make a little reminder for myself. If anyone wants, I can add it my wallpaper highlights so that my fellow “breath-holders” can have a friendly reminder whenever you look at your phone.
