Choose To Keep Going

Day 521

This humble punctuation mark is becoming a symbol for those who struggle with depression, suicide, addiction, anxiety and self-Injury. “A semicolon is used when an author could’ve chosen to end their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life.” —Project Semicolon. As someone who has struggled in varying degrees with depression and walked through seasons of wrestling with thoughts of suicide, I wanted to create something to encourage others and hopefully shine a little light on what that struggle can look like.
